With a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Shubham has completed his B.E. from Pune University, and MSc in Engineering Management from Nottingham Trent University. Hailing from an agricultural background, he has good experience in Warehouse Operations, Hospitality, Overseas Marketing and Marketing for the IT sector. He has completed his final year Engineering project in Hydroponics Farming.

A civil engineer who has completed his MSc in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University, Sanket is the owner of Jagtap Infra Projects, registered contractors with PWD, Govt. of Maharashtra. A proactive and creative self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, he has been engaged in agricultural activities since childhood.

Mr. Tupe has completed his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pune University.
He then persued his MSc. in Management and International Business from the Nottingham Trent University. Mr. Tupe has successfully been directing his business at Yasshree Impex using his excellent communication skills and strong leadership techniques. He also has admirable experience in the sectors of hospitality and real estate.

Pramod Borkar

CEO

With an educational background in Science, Pramod Borkar commenced his work in the Materials function (Bharat Bijlee Ltd.), after which he moved to the man-made fibres industry (Orkay Group of Industries) followed by Welspun Syntex. He has extensive experience in procurement, fund-flow, inventory management, import substitution of all types of raw materials, chemicals, utilities, packing to capital goods etc. His next stint at Finolex Industries saw him involved in total materials management for continuous flow in the petrochemical industry. A beacon of quality management systems, he has also been associated with various corporate social responsibility activities, before he retired on July 31st, 2020, as Senior General Manager (Material and Logistics). He has also worked as President Recreation Club. 

Dr. R. P. Nachane

Technical Advisor, Banana Pseudo-stem

Dr. Nachane is a well-known researcher and pioneer in the field of physics and textile materials.  After completing his MSc. Physics from IIT, Mumbai, and Ph.D. in Physics from Mumbai University, he has been a Principal Investigator for various research projects such as ‘Preparation and marketing of CIRCOT Calibration Cotton Standards’, ‘ Processing of Banana Pseudostem for Fibre Extraction and its Utilisation for Preparation of Value-added Products’, etc.  He is specialized in the mechanical properties of textile materials and has been awarded by the Textile Association of India and Textile Institute of Manchester, UK in 1994 and 1995 respectively. He has been the first person to have observed and given a mathematical analysis of the phenomenon of “Inverse Relaxation” which was not available and also the first person in the world to have reported the phenomenon “Inverse Creep”. To date, he has published 55 research papers, 50 research publications in National and International Journals and has 3 patents to his name.

Dr. Amrita Doshi

Technical Advisor, Yarn and Textiles

With Ph.D. from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, Dr. Amrita Doshi is currently an Assistant Professor (CES) at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She has been an integral part of the project carried by NABARD called ‘Utilisation of Banana Pseudostem for Textiles’. She also holds a patent for a method of softening banana fibres. To date, she has presented 11 research papers and the majority of them have been in banana fibre fabrics. She has been awarded by IIT, Delhi as a Young Researcher in Emerging Trends in Textile, Fibre and Polymer research. She has received the ‘Young Scientist Award’ for her work in Banana Fiber conversion into the fabric.
